DEVELOPMENT DAY
Attend our all-staff Professional Development Day that includes in-depth workshops led by our own Larchmont Charter teachers. COST: $100/participant
PERSONALIZED
OBSERVATION DAY
(POD)
A POD is a fully customized experience designed for individual school teams. Visiting groups spend the day immersed in practice and walk away with site-specific goals and implementation plans tailored to their unique needs. COST (Based upon number of participants): $150/participant - OR - $2000/unlimited participants
TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN (TK) IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT DAYS
Larchmont Charter will serve as a host site for LA-area schools launching or refining TK programs. These support days will include classroom observations and targeted guidance for successful TK implementation. COST: $100/participant
FUTURE EDUCATORS PROGRAM (FEP)
The Lab will welcome high school students from partner schools who are interested in exploring careers in education—helping to inspire and nurture the next generation of teachers. COST: $100/participant - OR - $1000 for unlimited
COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES
We now offer one-on-one and team-based coaching and consulting support, available virtually or in person. These services are open to past participants or as a stand-alone offering for those seeking deeper engagement beyond Lab Days or PODs. COST: $150/hour - OR - flat fee of $1000/month

VIRTUAL LAB DAY
Can’t attend in person? Looking for a meaningful, shared professional learning experience for your staff during a shortened day? Join us virtually for an inside look at Larchmont! Participants will explore Larchmont’s Instructional Elements and observe authentic classroom footage that highlights these practices in action. Our team will facilitate collaborative learning opportunities designed to support reflection, discussion, and the practical application of instructional strategies. COST: $25/participant per hour
TOTAL PACKAGE
Immerse your team in a dynamic Personalized Observation Day (POD), gain targeted growth through individualized 1-on-1 coaching—virtual or in person—and cap it all off at the inspiring All Staff Professional Development Day led by the innovative educators of Larchmont Charter School.
